# 7 to 12 Best Tablets under $150
7 – Asus MeMO Pad 7 – 7″
“Low-Price, Good quality and performance”
Asus MeMO Pad is a 7-inch tablet that has some hits and misses. While it excels at built quality, performance and on the software side, the average battery life and display are a little disappointing for an Asus tablet.
The 7-inch display is only average with not-so-good viewing angles and brightness. The battery life on this $150 tablet will last up to 9 hours, but only under moderate usage.
Apart from that, it houses an Intel Atom processor paired with 1 GB of RAM. This configuration can handle casual games, video streaming and web browsing without any problem. However, you won’t be able to run graphics intensive games, something you should not expect anyway from a budget tablet. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, but can be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
For the rest, the speakers are adequately loud, while the front and rear camera units are just average.
